By registering for, attending, vending at, or performing at any Northwest Missouri ChaserCon event ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Assumption of risk & release of liability
You attend at your own risk. Outdoor events involve weather, vehicles, uneven ground, crowds, food and other hazards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to hold Northwest Missouri ChaserCon, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors and venue hosts liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft or property damage, and you are responsible for your own person, property, vehicle, equipment, guests and minors in your care.
2. No negligence
Negligent, reckless or unsafe behavior will not be accepted. This includes unsafe driving or parking, leaving equipment or open flames unattended, and ignoring staff instructions. Anyone acting negligently may be removed without refund and is responsible for any damage caused.
3. Leave it cleaner than you found it
You will pick up your trash. Vendors and food trucks must clean their space before leaving.
4. Conduct & character
This is a family-friendly event. You will show proper character at all times: respectful language, no harassment, no fighting, and kindness toward guests, kids, staff and fellow chasers.
5. Alcohol-free
No alcohol may be brought, sold or consumed at the Event unless organizers state otherwise in writing for a specific event. Attending under the influence is grounds for removal.
6. Vendors & food trucks
Vendors are responsible for their own permits, licenses, insurance, food safety and taxes. An initial vendor fee is due 30 days before the event begins; your spot is not reserved until it is paid.
7. Photos, video & your information
The Event may be photographed and filmed, and you consent to your likeness appearing in event media. Information you submit (name, photo, chaser name) may be shown publicly on this site. Phone numbers and email addresses are kept private and used only by organizers to contact you. We do not sell your information.
8. Removal & changes
Organizers may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks these rules. Events may be moved, delayed or cancelled due to severe weather or safety concerns.
